TriplePPokerUK (“we”, “us”, “the club”) provides a club website and app for members to view events, leaderboards, free practice poker, and related club features. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
We are a UK-based private poker club operating under the name TriplePPokerUK / PhoenixPokerPlayers. The app is operated by the club administrator (Grandmaster P / club admin). For privacy questions, contact the club admin through the channels you already use for club communications.
When you join the club or use certain features, we may collect:
We do not sell your personal data.
Public on the site/app (visible to other users): the display name you choose (nickname or full name), avatar, bio, leaderboard stats, tournament points, and similar club activity.
Private (admin only): real name (if you chose nickname for display), date of birth, phone number, email, and PIN/password. Other members cannot see these.
Tournament buy-ins are cash on the night at in-person events. Gold membership fees are arranged directly with the club (e.g. standing order). We do not process card payments for buy-ins inside the app.
Club data is stored using cloud database services (including Google Firebase). We use access rules so that sensitive profile fields are limited and admin-only where designed. No system is 100% secure; please use a PIN/password you do not reuse elsewhere.
We keep membership and club activity data while you remain a member and as needed for club records. You may ask the admin to delete your membership; we will remove or anonymise personal data where reasonably possible, except where we must keep limited records (e.g. dispute or legal reasons).
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact club admin to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
The club and app are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly accept members under 18.
We may update this policy as the app or club processes change. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
